Returns

  • We are bummed your purchase didn't work out! We want you to LOVE every purchase from TwentySeven Boutique, so we will gladly accept your return! You have seven (7) days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for STORE CREDIT only. We will not accept ANY returns after the seven (7) days, NO exceptions.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor-free, and have original tags still attached. Please include original packing slip and reason for return. Please allow 3-5 business days FROM THE DAY WE RECEIVED IT for returns to be processed. Swimwear is not eligible for returns. Accessory items (sunglasses, jewelry, hats, bags, etc.) are not eligible for return. Due to inventory, we are not able to accompany exchanges, however, if your item is still in stock, you can use your store credit to purchase! SALE items are not eligible for return. Orders placed with a 20% or greater coupon, are not eligible for return.
  • Please email shoptwentyseven@outlook.com for the return address if you wish to return an item. Please make sure your return meets all criteria or it will be rejected and returned to you or donated to charity if we're unable to return it back to you. Customer is responsible for all return postage fees. We suggest including tracking/insurance in your return in case it gets lost on the way back to us! 
  • Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. Please follow return policy. if you are unhappy with order.
  • Damages: We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping out, but hey, we're human! All damage(s) must be reported via email within two (2) days of receiving your order. Please email shoptwentyseven@outlook.com with your first and last name, order number, and picture(s) of the damages. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to get back with you on instructions on what to do next!
