Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout. 

We offer free shipping over $100! $99.99 and below will be a flat rate fee of $5!

Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for packages to be shipped.

TSB will NOT be responsible for delayed or lost/damaged packages. You will need to file a claim with the carrier.

The buyer is responsible for making sure the delivery address is correct upon placing order. TSB will not be responsible for a package being returned due to the wrong address beig entered. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees if the package needs to be re-shipped. 

Please do not contact TSB for packages not received until after the expected delivery date, as sometimes tracking does not get scanned/updated by the carriers.
