Pure Bliss Dress

Can we say OBSESSED!!!!!! This dress is absolutely GORGEOUS. She has a white body with green and blue flower detailing. She also features cute bow detailing along the front of the chest with the first one being able to tie. She does have elastic straps. Tiffany is 5'3 modeling the small.
